Baby vaccination tracker
Enter your baby’s date of birth to see when each vaccine in India’s immunisation schedule falls due. Tick doses as they are given and add reminders to your calendar.
Off by default. These are vaccines in the IAP 2023 timetable that are not in the government UIP table: influenza, typhoid, hepatitis A, MMR and chickenpox. Whether your baby needs them, and which brand, is a decision for you and your paediatrician.
Private by design. The birth date and the doses you tick is saved only in this browser on this device. It is never sent to us or anyone else, and there is no account. Clearing your browser data removes it. Saving is switched off in this browser, so nothing will be remembered after you close the page.
Enter your baby’s date of birth to see the vaccine timeline.

Schedules are updated by the government. This tracker counts from the birth date only. Always confirm the dates with your paediatrician or vaccination centre, check them against your baby’s vaccination card, and never skip or delay a dose because of what a tool shows. Nothing you enter is sent anywhere.
How this tracker works
You enter the date of birth. The tracker adds the ages from India’s Universal Immunisation Programme (UIP) schedule to that date: at birth, 6, 10 and 14 weeks, 9 to 12 months, 16 to 24 months and 5 to 6 years. Weeks are counted as 7 days each and months as calendar months, so a baby born on 1 September 2026 shows 6 weeks on 13 October 2026 and 9 months on 1 June 2027.
The status chips use words as well as colour: Done (you ticked it), Due soon (within 14 days), Due now (the age window is open), Overdue (the date or window has passed and the dose is not ticked) and Upcoming.
Good to know
- The government schedule is updated from time to time. Your child’s vaccination card and your doctor always come first.
- A late dose can usually be given later, so do not wait for a better time. Take the card to the health centre and ask.
- This tracker does not know about premature birth, illness or district-specific vaccines such as Japanese encephalitis. Ask your doctor.
- Boosters of tetanus and diphtheria (Td) at 10 and 16 years are beyond this tracker. See the full chart.
- The schedule above lists fractional injectable polio (fIPV) at 6 and 14 weeks. The IAP paper notes that the national programme has also described a third dose at 9 months. Ask your health centre which applies to your baby.

Frequently asked questions
Which schedule does this tracker follow?
The main timeline follows the Universal Immunisation Programme (UIP) of the Government of India, as published in a Government of India (PIB) document dated 17 March 2026. A separate, off-by-default switch adds the extra vaccines named in the Indian Academy of Pediatrics (IAP) 2023 timetable.
What if my baby was born early or has a health problem?
Please ask your doctor. Vaccine timing for premature or unwell babies can be planned differently, and a tool that only counts from the birth date cannot know that. Your paediatrician or the vaccination centre will tell you the right dates.
What if a dose is late or missed?
A late dose can often still be given. Take the vaccination card to your doctor or health centre and tell them the date of the last dose. They will plan the catch-up. Do not skip a dose, and do not repeat one, because a tool said so.
Why does a row show a range such as 9 to 12 months?
The schedule gives an age window for some doses. The tracker shows the first day of the window as the due date and tells you when the window ends.
Is my baby’s date of birth saved or sent anywhere?
It is saved only in this browser, on this device, so the page can remember it next time. Nothing is sent to us or anyone else and there is no account. Use Clear my data to remove it.
